絕緣保溫層施工應注意事項
絕緣材料用于設備及管道保溫,施工時應使無貼面的一面貼干設備及管道表面。水平管道保溫,先在管頂面加鋪10~30mm厚棉氈,寬度為周長的1/3,然后再沿管周壁敷設縫氈,用鍍鋅鐵絲(或鋼帶)扎緊,捆扎間距為200~400mm,對于焊有銷釘的設備,縫氈壓縮到設計厚度時銷釘露頭約5mm,并套上自鎖墊圈緊固。對于不宜焊銷釘的設備,可用鋼帶捆扎。間距為400~600mm,并保證在縫氈寬度方向不小于二道。為使棉氈的施工密度在***~120kg/m3。通常采用的縫氈制品密度是80~***kg/m3,施工壓縮量為20~10***。

設備及管道支座、吊架以及法蘭、閥門和人孔等部位,在整體保溫時留一定裝卸間隙,待整體保溫及保護層施工完畢后,再作局部保溫處理。并注意施工完畢的保溫結構不得防礙活動支架的滑動。

搭接處先用3.6mm鉆頭鉆孔,再用自攻螺絲釘M4×15緊固。螺絲釘間距為150~200mm。
當自攻螺絲不便使用時,搭接處可用卷邊扣接。
考慮設備及管道運行受熱后膨脹位移,金屬保護應在伸縮方向留適當活動搭口。
復合保護層
油氈,用于潮濕環境的管道及小型筒體設備保溫外保護層??芍苯泳礓佋诒貙油?,由低向高處敷設,橫向搭接用稀瀝青粘合,縱向搭縫向下,均搭接50mm,然后用鍍鋅鐵絲或鋼帶扎緊,間距為200~400mm。
玻璃布,以螺紋關緊擅纏在保溫層(或油氈)處。前后搭接約40mm,自低向高處施工,布帶兩端和每隔3m處用鍍鋅鐵絲或鋼帶捆扎。
玻璃布復合鋁箔,用于管道及小型筒體設備保溫外保護層??芍苯臃笤O在除縫氈以外的平整保溫層外,搭接為40mm,接縫處用壓敏膠帶粘氈。
玻璃布乳化瀝青表面涂層,在纏好的玻璃布外表面涂刷乳化瀝青,用量為2~3kg/m2,一般涂刷二道。第二道需在***道干燥后進行。
玻璃纖維增強塑料,在纏好的玻璃布外表面涂刷不飽不口聚酯樹脂,用量為1~2kg/m2。
使用壓敏膠帶,乳化瀝青、不飽和聚酯樹脂等材料時,須向有關生產廠索取性能及使用說明書。在有防火要求時,應選用具有自熄性的。
油漆
對于玻璃布、玻璃鋼以及鍍鋅鐵皮等外保護層,可根據設計要求或環境需要,涂刷各色油漆,用以防護或作識別標記。
